It’s been a great fridge, nice and spacious. Unfortunately less than a year in the French doors started binding. I called LG for support and they kept stating it’s “out of level” I used my level to confirm that the doors and fridge are level but still binding. Up to this date still been slamming the binding doors so they shut. Hopefully this isn’t a common issue because you won’t get much help from LG other than troubleshooting over the phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When purchased, this refrigerator was great. Unfortunately after having it for a little over a year, the refrigerator portion is not cooling. I am working with LG to correct this issue. The freezer portion cools really great and the fridge is very spacious.
Pros: ease of use, Style/Design, Features/Settings
I am pleased to provide feedback on the LG 29 CU FT. FRENCH DOOR REFRIGERATOR WITH SLIM DESIGN WATER DISPENSER, as requested. Overall, it has been a very good product, serving us well for the past three years since we purchased it during the pandemic.
One minor issue we have encountered is that the ice sometimes gets stuck in the ice maker, requiring us to manually loosen it in the ice basket for the dispenser to release the ice properly. Additionally, the water dispenser or snout is not easy to clean, as it has a persistent brown syrupy substance that we haven't been able to remove.
On the positive side, we are pleased with the refrigerator's features, including the well-designed trays and compartments. The size is perfect for our needs, and the bottom freezer with two shelves helps in separating frozen items effectively.
However, one drawback we've experienced is the frequent replacement of the water filter. Despite using a water pump connected to water bottles for purified water, we find ourselves forced to replace the filters almost every three months. This makes the filters redundant and adds an additional cost.
Overall, we are happy with the refrigerator, but improvements in the ice maker, water dispenser cleanliness, and water filter longevity would make it an even better product.

I bought my LG Refrigerator a year back considering its good reviews but had to replace it's dispensing unit within two months and again after 11 months of purchase found freezer not cooling properly and on approaching the service centre was asking for payment for visit and to be charged for defective parts if applicable

The inside if the refrigerator section is cavernous. We really like the water through the door but didn't want the ice dispenser. The ice maker in the bottom freezer makes tons of ice and keeps up with our high demands.
I purchase this about a month ago I am so pleased with the space and shelving configuration. I love the water in the door with out the ice dispenser leaves more room in the refrigerator while sill providing cold water any time without opening the refrigerator doors. An all around good up grade from our 13 year old LG
