Do not purchase! we have had 3 leaks that have ruined out floors. We have had licensed repair people come out every time and again it is leaking.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The monogram ice maker is less than a year old. It stopped working. When I contacted the service group, I got a message that there will be a service charge. For supposedly a top of the line appliance that is less than a year old!!! Something is wrong with this picture.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We’d like to assist with the issue you’re having with your ice maker not working. If the ice maker doesn’t appear to have power at all, we recommend disconnecting it from power for a couple of minutes before reconnecting, to reset it. If the ice maker specifically isn’t producing ice, we recommend checking the fuse/circuit breaker to ensure there’s no issue.
