Our Ice Maker has never worked. Had 3 plumbers out and the tech out twice. Now it flooded the kitchen. Not a good product.

Trash Model. Would not recommend.

Faulty upon delivery. Shorts out and flashes uncontrollably. Shuts off all function. No buttons work to reset it. Have to unplug it. Two appliance repairmen have come out to no avail. This is an outrageous price to pay for absolute garbage.
Absolute garbage. Do NOT buy.

This machine is noisy when the compressor is on. Due to the ice being the large barrel shape, the ice drop is very loud. We much prefer the small ice that is softer and can be eaten. It fits better in your glass, ice chest or anything you use ice for. We have had 2 GE ice machines before this one and this one is not our favorite.

Ice is great, if the machine works

Since we've had the machine installed, which was September of 2022, we've only been able to use it for 2 months because the pumping mechanism keeps breaking down. And, we still haven't received our facing and handle.

GE monogram Ice Maker

This machine has not worked properly since the day it was installed. It turns itself off and beeps an error message that can only be turned off by unplugging it. There is apparently no fix for this problem…waiting on a software update… highly disappointed

Great ice/ is very loud

The ice is clear and very consistent in size. We installed the ice maker in our island. It is very loud all the time. Not just when it dumps ice the motor runs loud. I am trying to add sound proofing but not much space to do so.
