It stopped working after 2 weeks. Now it fills the ice bucket with water and produces no ice.

We encourage you to reset your icemaker by disconnecting power from the unit for 2 - 3 minutes and reconnecting power. If this reset does not revert the unit back to normal operating function, we advise you to take advantage of your limited warranty. You can view your warranty details on page 28 of the Owner's Manual at the link below.

It is extremely loud and will run constant if not on a schedule, wastes a lot of water but makes nice ice cubes.

Repair Nightmare

Stopped working after a year and a half on Labor Day Weekend '24. Four different techs have been to my home and the one who came today said he wasn't going to touch it and left. It is 11/29/24 and I have a Christmas Party in two weeks! I am beyond frustrated and wished I never spent good money on this unit! I just want a working product, is that really too much to ask?

I’d give it zero stars if that was an option. Broke within 2 months of use. Contacted support several times and they were of no help. Now we just have a useless appliance taking up cabinet space in our kitchen.

We would like to help you with the ice production of your ice maker. We recommend performing an electronic reset by turning off the breaker for 3 to 5 minutes and turning it back on. Additionally, check to make sure the water supply is on and the supply lines are not kinked. If needed, the water filter can also be replaced.
