Our Ice Maker has never worked. Had 3 plumbers out and the tech out twice. Now it flooded the kitchen. Not a good product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ice maker is extremely loud when producing ice and produces a lot of heat into cabinet next to it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

the ice maker is designed for quiet operation but will make some noise during the ice making cycle. During a freezing cycle, it is normal to hear the fan moving air and the water pump circulating water. Ice hitting the bin or ice in the bin can be heard during harvest.

Too loud & big cubes

It's so loud! I wish it was quieter. And the cubes are too big. I wish they were smaller cubes. I'll get used to it, but I miss my old one.

Cube size

Ice is efficiently made, but ice cubes are extremely large. We were told that we could adjust the ice size, but we have not been able to figure out how to do that.
