We are sorry that your icemaker stopped working so soon. We see that you are working with our team, and we are confident that they will provide you with the necessary information to get this unit replaced as quickly as possible.
Noise is terrible and it runs too often when no ice is being taken.

We are happy to provide guidance with this icemaker. We are sorry that you are not enjoying the sounds of this icemaker. This icemaker makes 24 cubes at a time. It is normal for the first few batches of ice to melt as the bin cools. It will take 8-10 hours of continuous run time to fill the ice bin. When the ice bin is full, it will shut off. It will automatically restart when the ice level falls either from use or normal melting.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is really noisy…lots of condensation… cubes are too big

We are more than happy to provide guidance with this icemaker. It is normal for this icemaker to produce condensation during the ice production process. While this icemaker was designed for quiet operation, it still will make sounds during the production process. During the freezing cycle, it is normal to hear the fan moving air and the water pump circulating water. Ice hitting the bin can also be heard during harvest. Your feedback is extremely important to us. We will pass these comments regarding the cube size along to our product team to review.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing should come with a built in power surge protector. It's very loud, louder than my fridge and dishwasher combined and runs VERY hot. Compressor fan needs bumped up. LOVE the clear ice. Reminder the machine is not designed to keep ice frozen. Already had maintenance on it and wonder how long this thing will last. Beautiful appliance that matches all my other monogram appliances!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We'd like to help go over the sound level of your icemaker. During a freezing cycle, it is normal to hear the fan moving air and the water pump circulating water. Also, ice hitting the bin or ice in the bin can be heard during harvest. We are confident that your icemaker will serve you for many years to come.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this for two years. The time it has been out of order is greater than the time that it has been working. Awful!

Ice cubes are too big! If you like the sound of a bowling alley, then this is the ice maker for you!

It was not filling bucket, however, we received a wifi update from the GE service team. It is working well now. Makes nice clear ice cubes.

Product does not work -- does not freeze, so cannot make ice.

We would like to help you with the ice production of your ice maker. We recommend performing an electronic reset by turning off the breaker for 3 to 5 minutes and turning it back on. Additionally, check to make sure the water supply is on and the supply lines are not kinked. If needed, the water filter can also be replaced.
