2 dead pixels at 3000 hours. 20,000 hour light engine doesn't matter when the pixels die after 1.5 years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 6-weeks of use and fine tuning, I can confidently say this is an amazing projector and a significant upgrade from projectors twice the price just 5-years ago. I replaced a high-end Panasonic bulb projector that was an excellent projector, but the overall improvement with the LG unit is night and day. I highly recommend this projector whether you have a dedicated dark room or a light room that normally would suffer the consequences of a faded picture.
Pros: Performance
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first projector. Gorgeous bright picture. I am hoping that LG can add 3D functionality via an update. I get that 3D was abandoned on TV's, but when you have a 150"+ inch screen, it is a great feature to have. One of my other reasons for purchasing this projector is HDMI 2.1. I realize, at this time, it is not capable/advertised to get 4k at 120HZ. I was hoping since the hardware is installed, just maybe, this gets updated. The vertical zoom is an awesome feature to have with a 16:9 screen. 4K movies look awesome on this projector. The picture is so bright it is like having a 150" LED on my wall. The remote and LG smart system is great.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced 5 year old a HD lamp based projector in my dedicated home theater (black walls) so I run it on the Eco mod, lowest light output yet is still plenty bright. I feed my 4K streaming from an NVIDIA Shield Pro and of course the 4K is amazing. Initially I found the fan noise to be a little distracting when there was no dialog or content sound as the fans seems to have a higher pitch than previous projector. I added some acoustic foam on the walls adjacent to the projector and that made a big difference. I also change the mount location by lengthening the ceiling suspension arm to drop the projector and thus reduce the amount of adjustment required for key-stoning. This helped to increase the image sharpness.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my projector and tested it out for a few hours. Definitely has amazing clarity and sharpness, almost as good as my 4K tv. Will update this review once I have gone through some more hours of viewing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this projector for nearly 1 month now and it is incredible. Like watching a 120 inch OLED tv (that's right there is no 120 inch OLED screen). You and your friends will be totally in awe.
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality
After a year of having this projector I can say that it is one of the two best home electronics purchase I have ever made (the other being a laptop from a well-known fruit company). Yes, it is pricey, but you get more than what you pay for: highly adjustable (those horizontal and vertical shifts are essential if you don't have a dedicated theater room and/or need to place the projector off-center), quick and responsive, great video quality (*at night; only ok in daylight, this is still a projector), best TV OS in the field, easy access to cinema mode, plenty of inputs…
Best of all: the next time we move, I won't have to worry about breaking a 20-foot wide pane of glass.
Pros: ease of use, Quality, Features/Settings, Performance
I purchased this projector in April 2021 because I wanted to upgrade to 4k and it was an affordable laser projector. I was really excited about this purchase, but I had to give it 2 stars because it freezes every time (no exaggeration) I am watching content (quite frustrating when you're watching a really good show/movie) & the black levels could be a lot darker.
Pros: ease of use, Features/Settings
