Great product, BUT

Was given the Garmin about 3-4 weeks ago to monitor my health. I love it, but it is more complex than I need. Still have not read through the 163 page instruction manual. As I get done with the manual and work more with the Garmin I am sure I will enjoy its functionality more.

Big improvement over the original Instinct

Bought it to replace my original Instinct just because I wanted to. I really like the new features and the improved battery life. The altitude accuracy seems much better too.

Great for training

I was reluctant to spend this much money on a smartwatch but I have thoroughly enjoyed the Solar Instinct so far. It took me a couple of weeks to figure out how to set up and use all of the activities. The battery life may be the best feature because I hate charging stuff. The size of the watch is not too big which is also a turn off for me. Five stars!

It's Scary What It Knows About Me

I've had the watch for a couple of weeks. This last week was a challenging week for me at work, with some significant disappointments. That has increased my stress level and the quality of my sleep. Yes, I knew both were being influenced, but I was amazed at how closely the watch recorded how I was feeling in my stress level, sleep quality, and "body battery." What was even more impressive was when things turned more positive yesterday morning, how all those things changed harmoniously or the better from the previous week.
I'm looking forward to learning more about what I can learn from it and more about myself and how I perform.

Meh, so-so

Not as useful as I thought it would be. The heart rate monitor is not very accurate even when paired with my Polar H10. I have only had it for 3 weeks but I'm just not impressed with it. The reason I bought it is my sone owns an Instinct and he likes his.
