Meh, so-so

Not as useful as I thought it would be. The heart rate monitor is not very accurate even when paired with my Polar H10. I have only had it for 3 weeks but I'm just not impressed with it. The reason I bought it is my sone owns an Instinct and he likes his.

Great all around

Bought this watch to replace a Garmin Forerunner 735XT. I use the GPS for workout tracking around 3-4 times a week and absolutely love the battery life with this watch. I was only getting a few days with the 735xt but I get a few weeks with the Instinct. Data fields are easy to use and navigate. If your looking for increased battery usage over the forerunner line this is the watch for you. The solar feature works well and shows you how much sunlight your getting to the watch face.

It's Scary What It Knows About Me

I've had the watch for a couple of weeks. This last week was a challenging week for me at work, with some significant disappointments. That has increased my stress level and the quality of my sleep. Yes, I knew both were being influenced, but I was amazed at how closely the watch recorded how I was feeling in my stress level, sleep quality, and "body battery." What was even more impressive was when things turned more positive yesterday morning, how all those things changed harmoniously or the better from the previous week.
I'm looking forward to learning more about what I can learn from it and more about myself and how I perform.

Great product, used for running, hiking, any activities outside. Very accurate data when your tracking it. The solar is a great addition I work in wildfire so not having to charge my watch every day is a huge bonus it can last me up to 2 deployments if I'm not tracking.

Great Watch!

This is a great watch! Combined with the Garmin Connect App, it has challenged me to be a lot more active. I primarily use this watch for tracking health, workouts, and hunting.
I like the sleep tracking feature that quantifies a normally subjective experience. Battery life is also good. I usually get 12 days on a full charge plus whatever is regained from solar charging.
I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the price is pretty steep for the simplicity of the screen display. Also, other brands provide very similar features for a fraction of the price.
There is a slight learning curve to setup your favorite apps and features, but over time as you play around with the settings it gets easier.

Great for training

I was reluctant to spend this much money on a smartwatch but I have thoroughly enjoyed the Solar Instinct so far. It took me a couple of weeks to figure out how to set up and use all of the activities. The battery life may be the best feature because I hate charging stuff. The size of the watch is not too big which is also a turn off for me. Five stars!

Great features without being overbearing and lost in the weeds. I like how straight forward you can make the layout and get rid of the fluff you do not want to look at. Great for health & fitness tracking.
