The watch is sturdy and I love the features it has. The fall feature is key if you are an outdoorsman; It will alert up to 3 ppl in the event it detects you fall and it provides your location.

I have been using this for about 2 months now and found that the weight is barely noticeable when compared to other watches I have tried. When I go for runs or hikes I use this to track routes and progress and having the ability to go in and look at the changes in pace and all the other metrics the app shows has greatly helped in tracking progress and fitness goals. The only negative I have is the band wears quickly with my day to day activities. I have rub spots across the outside of the band and expect I will need to replace it after about 6 months of use. With that being said the band is incredibly comfortable and I expect to see wear and tear over time.

Great smart fitness watch

This watch has all the fitness activity and health tracking features I could imagine. From long bike rides to surfing in the ocean to backpacking it performs very well and tracks all the key health features I am interested in. This watch is perfect for those prioritizing a long battery life over touch screen colour display but want all the fitness and health tracking of more expensive models

Great for MTB & Snow!

Great watch for MTB and Snow. Not giving 10's or 5 stars because no surfing integration. I should've got the surf version for a lil more but in my research it looked like it would work. I do like this for MTB because I am not staring at my stats as I ride.

As I said...I'm sure the newer models will address this but just being able to see a text/email that has come through can be annoying. A minimal amount of reply capability would be nice. Would be a 10/10 if that was the case. Comfort and usability takes some getting used to but is great once you put in some time. Size and color options are also nice as everyone has their own wants and needs when it comes to aesthetics.

Overall, this watch is perfect. Has all the features you want with long battery, solar, and isn't distracting like some watches. I have an Apple Watch, but haven't worn that since getting the instinct.
