Compare to the citizen smartwatch, this is enough

I know I did bought the first citizen smart watch but to compare it, this Garmin smart watch is enough for me.I mean I don’t know if this is a real deal or not but at least it’s way more better than the citizen smart watch and forever it is truly a nice smart watch that I first saw on my wrist of hand. I think I love the sport style smart watch better than to some thing maybe it’s a way too much stuff but the citizen smart watch cannot get online for the long distance and the long hours of itself. Either way, I think I temporarily I have this one first but if there is any other choice of the Garmin, I’ll choose to see or consider to others of this brand. But if not, I’ll temporarily I’ll take this then. Thanks for the suggestion in the app of Treecard. I’m loving this smart watch. Thanks again !

Nice time piece!

I have been wearing the watch for two weeks. It is very light and comfortable to wear. Sizing reminds me a lot of a Suunto Core. Full charge indicator says 30 days. Not outside enough for solar feature to effectively work, maybe next spring/summer I will see the feature benefit. I’m not using all the features this watch offers so I can’t comment on everything this watch can do. I do like the larger numbers as my older eyes can see them well without reading classes to check the time and date. Band provides plenty of length for larger wrists. Highly recommend.

great watch expect OS itself

overall this instinct 2 solar are good but feel lighter alway meaning cheap but not always as depend on tester give a stress test as for example if said military grade approved so you know the result as now the OS on watch need improvement like I use Timer a lot for remind me to check on many thing while I was work on computer grab my attention cause forgot thing. Everytime I start the timer make long annoy vibrate bother me a lot and I dont understand why not make a short quick vibrate similar as beep. This issue indeed it drain battery that way if use a lot as use. Come on, do better.

Good feature…too small though.

Garmin comes through again. This is my third Garmin, second in the Instinct line, in the last 10+ years. Feature improvements are great. Only complaint is the watch feels small (replaced a Fenix 5x plus), but over the next 4-5 years maybe it’ll grow on me (yes pun intended).

Great Watch Indeed but......

my wife got me Instinct 2 as surprised but I had first one which battery aged so l start to use new one but vibrate not strong as old one so I called service about issue and they do not do quality test anymore so what consider me that person got for first time will not tell the different by defect one. The service is great to get me replacement. Now why 4 stars? because of watch OS need some fix which I have timer that I use a lot and most annoy thing when I start the timer and vibrate are too long for press button and I prefer short one like beep. My rate for this is okay.

Best watch from a long time fitbit person

My training and times are accurate compared to fitbit. This garmin watch is gold standard in athletic watches.

Disapointed so far

I bought this watch mainly to track steps and sleep. Ive used it for 3 weeks so far and I'm disappointed. Compared to my hip mounted tracker the watch has been off by as much as 3500 steps, I average 12k-14k a day. The floor tracker isnt accurate, the weather app most of the time reads waiting for connection. The sleep and heart rate is helpful hopefully that's accurate. I havn't tried all the features yet but the notification app is the best part. The solar pick up is very small so I don't know if it really helps much. This is my first smart watch so maybe these are common issues
