Garmin is gold standard in workout watches.

I purchased this a month ago and have not taken it off since. As a previous fitbit owner for 8 years truly no comparison in watches. Fitbit is just a cheap copy of garmin.

Wonderful battery life

I am enjoying my instinct 2 solar, the battery life is amazing. I am still learning how to use all of the workout functions but overall a very simple to use watch that has a ton of features.

Great battery life & analytics

Battery life is very impressive & I get a fair bit of solar charging whilst cycling, running & hiking also. It gives me a lot of data that is relevant & no fluff that isn't. I also like having Garmin pay on it so I can leave wallet behind & still get food & drinks whilst out if needed. At first the non bright screen bothered me but I soon got used to it & now prefer it as I can actually wear this watch to bed & it doesn't wake me up with the screen glowing if I lift or turn my wrist when asleep.

Excellent watch

I purchased this watch a month ago and I love it. Gives me everything I want and survives my sweat. I sweat greatly and this is the first a watch to survive. Outstanding

Disapointed so far

I bought this watch mainly to track steps and sleep. Ive used it for 3 weeks so far and I'm disappointed. Compared to my hip mounted tracker the watch has been off by as much as 3500 steps, I average 12k-14k a day. The floor tracker isnt accurate, the weather app most of the time reads waiting for connection. The sleep and heart rate is helpful hopefully that's accurate. I havn't tried all the features yet but the notification app is the best part. The solar pick up is very small so I don't know if it really helps much. This is my first smart watch so maybe these are common issues

Best watch from a long time fitbit person

My training and times are accurate compared to fitbit. This garmin watch is gold standard in athletic watches.

Great Watch Indeed but......

my wife got me Instinct 2 as surprised but I had first one which battery aged so l start to use new one but vibrate not strong as old one so I called service about issue and they do not do quality test anymore so what consider me that person got for first time will not tell the different by defect one. The service is great to get me replacement. Now why 4 stars? because of watch OS need some fix which I have timer that I use a lot and most annoy thing when I start the timer and vibrate are too long for press button and I prefer short one like beep. My rate for this is okay.
