Long battery life!

I have had this for about a month so far and I love it! It holds up to my lifestyle, I've only had to charge it twice so far. Love it!

Lacks Life.

The watch doesn’t have a good battery life. If your tied to an office or nights for a majority of your day go another route. If you don’t want to see all the features shut off allows for more life. Not something I was expecting g from a solar charge watch. Features are good and easy to use.

Cool but how durable

First week I've put some nicks into it i dont know how beat up it will get doesn't seem very tough compared to what ive heard, but a sweet watch. Just a lot of money for something thats soft and will not look as good after some use

Made from poisoned material ?

Whithin two hours after fixing the watch at my arm, I got an extremely hurting allergic reaction. Needed cortisone to treat it. I did wear the older Instinct solar 1 for almost two years without any problems. Probably they changed the material of the plastic-housing and it’s toxic now.

Different than Instinct Solar

I replaced my Instinct Solar. I was surprised how different the information is displayed so that has taken some time to get used to. I also had trouble with the sleep data. However I received excellent help from Garmin Technical support and resolved the problem. I like that the watch is smaller.

Trying to love everything about itTh

I've had many Garmin watches. There are so many great features that's been added so there is a learning curve to figure everthing out. I thought I did that but there's so many layers I'm still discovering. The reason for the 4 of 5 stars is the syncing is not smooth at all. Only way I can make it work is turn on GPS like I'm going to start an activity then after at least 4 attempts, it will finally sync to get my latest activity to the Garmin Connect.

Pretty sweet

It has a lot of the features i want. Wish there was a climber step counter for ladder wells on ships i know its niche but i work on navy vessels. Other thing is that the starp was way to short and i have small wrist.

I love all the features on this watch and the ease of it mapping for me. My only complaint would be how easy it is to push the buttons when I am working with my hands (think chopping firewood).
