I have had nothing but problems since I bought this phone second day it says I have a virus and I couldn't get help.

Do Not Buy This Phone

DO NOT BUY. PIECE OF JUNK! VOICE MAILS HAVE TO BE DOWLOADED EVERY TIME. OURGOING PHONE CALLS KEEP RINGING AFTER CALL ENDED. BATTERY IS LITERAL GARBAGE.

GS8 was better

I don't think this G22 is anywhere near as good as my GS8 was. The touch screen is not as accurate or sensitive. I would rather have my old phone back.

I purchased 2 of these, phone takes great pictures, size of phone is good, BUT the PROBLEM I have encountered is: when phone goes from high altitude to low altitude, it has crackly, distorted speaker sound, can not hear the caller. This issue is well documented on their own "Samsung Community Forum" site. Don't understand why they have not recalled all of these phones for repair! The temporary fix is to remove the sim card tray, to release the pressure inside phone, then replace the sim tray. A lot of videos on youtube about this exact issue. I would not purchase this phone!!!
