They sold me a defective Samsung unit but threw away its box so now after broken promises by both Samsung and spectrum stuck with a defective motherboard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this phone about a year ago when it came out. I love this phone so far. I live the cameras because they take incredible photos and videos. The screen is really good quality, and the 120hz is nice but the screen is a little bit dim, but you can fix that by enabling the extra brightness option in the settings. The only this I don't like is the battery is a little small for a phone this powerful. The battery only lasts for about 5 hours for me with no battery saving mode mode and 120hz enabled. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Only 3 months old. It crashes, freezes, restarts and 5G is not working. Battery is unacceptable. This equipment is not adequate for basic use.
