It's okay

I bought this phone not knowing how the battery would be or that it gets hot... Battery dies to fast because it's a small amount to use... And it overheats too fast probably for that reason.

Disappointed Loyal Samsung fan

I've been a loyal Samsung Galaxy fan going back to the Galaxy S3. Unfortunately this phone REALLY misses the mark. The battery life is truly horrible and I need to recharge my phone at least once a day despite doing everything that I can do to optimize battery life.
I don't know what Samsung has done this time, but it sure seems like I'm not the only one experiencing this issue.
I truly hope some sort of plan is being rolled out to fix this issue.
As I said, I've been a loyal Galaxy guy FOREVER and this is the first phone that I've had that has me questioning different manufacturers.
I would not recommend this phone at all.

Phone is more middle of the road for the price

I bought this to replace a galaxy S5. It's a good phone, I do like a lot of what it has to offer, but I think some of the stuff is useless. Bixby should be removed as it doesn't offer any value whatsoever. The removal of the earbud connection is not good thing in my opinion. Bluetooth rewards done last long enough and some of us like having the option of using a wired solution. The fact that you have no light to light up when you missed a call, or have a text waiting is a pretty bad design flaw. I don't like having to check my phone every few minutes. Having a light makes my life easier and allows me to disconnect. I love the camera. It takes quality photos and video, and is a great plus in my book. We're thrilled you are loving the camera! Regarding the headphone jack, you are able to purchase a USB-C Headphone Jack adapter which lets you connect devices that use a standard 3.5 mm audio plug to your USB-C devices. You can also purchase Type-C Headphones. I’ve attached links for them below. I've linked some information about Bixby so you can see the neat ways it can be used, but if you'd like to remove it from your side key you can do so with the following steps. Go into Settings> Advanced features>Side Key From there you are able to change the side key from Wake Bixby to Power off menu. Also in settings, you can also activate Flash notification. Go to Settings-Notifications-Flash Notification. You can choose from Camera flash notification or Screen flash notification. Depending on what you choose, the camera light or screen will flash when you receive notifications or when alarms sound. Please feel free to reach out to Samsung Support for any further assistance. Just got my galaxy Samsung S22 on Saturday, October 22. I love it. It’s everything I wanted.. I had a Samsung S10, & went to the 22. Love the color & everything.. it takes awesome pictures & you just touch what you want, & it’s there..
