I bought my S22 Ultra three days ago and realized after only one day that I should have listened when I was advised not to purchase this phone as yet (until the various issues were resolved). I regret not taking that advice. The battery power is not good and I had to charge two to three times a day, even after fully charging the day I bought it. Today, I will just leave the phone on the charger; that's less stress. My other issue is that it takes quite a while to send text messages and even LONGER to send just one picture. Unless folks are in desperate need and really want this S22 Ultra phone (no matter what), I think it is better to wait a little while before purchasing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Solid phone, and very pretty. The camera is also great! The only real downside for me is the battery life and the size; it's pretty small. I traded in my S10, so the size is comparable. I usually prefer small phones because I don't have large hands, but even I find the S22 feels rather compact. In terms of battery, I'm lucky if the S22 lasts the whole day on one charge. I don't use my phone a whole lot (I don't play games on it and don't watch long videos), so the battery life is very disappointing. My phone is usually dying around a little before 6 or 7 pm. If battery is a priority to you and you don't want to charge during the day, I'd say skip this one, and get the S22+ or another phone. They decreased the battery on the S22 and it is noticeable. If the battery isn't an issue, I think this phone is great in terms of look and performance.

I heard this phone took really good pictures which is why I bought it. Needless to say I was not disappointed! The quality is beyond what I thought it would be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size is perfect and the feel in the hand is great.
The camera is top notch, but the shutter speed is a little slower than I thought.
It's speedy and smooth when operating it. No lag.
It charges at a decent rate, but coming from a OnePlus phone to this, I had to get used to waiting a little longer for a full charge.
Battery life is the worst part about the phone, but that's due to the size of it, which is expected. I can usually get through a day if I have it on power saving mode.
Other than that, it's your standard Samsung experience.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Speakers cannot handle pressure changes or cold. Sounds broken after 1500 foot elevation change. I do it every day. The battery is second rate at best. Wish I would have kept my S9+(great phone).

I wish I had my S9 back. I don't like the S22. The S9 had so many better features. I don't like this phone. The battery doesn't last.

I gave this Samsung S22 2 stars because it was free with my Verizon "upgrade". It is not an upgrade at all. You get what you "pay" for. This phone turns the internet off sporadically, takes forever to connect a website if ever, drops social media, has difficulty loading video and the battery life doesn't last 12 hours.
