Pretty display but it just won't reliably connect to wi fi. I never had any connection issues with my S8. I also liked the design of the S8 better. It was more unique. This one looks like just another new phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The battery life reminds me on an Iphone 7 I had. Battery for this phone is subpar. I use device care very often to optimize the life. I also changed the background app memory to 2 gigs. It help but it's just enough. Typing this I lost 2 %. The phone is very nice but the battery makes me want to switch to another brand. Come on Samsung, I'm truly disappointed. 14hr life at 70%. Phone will not last a day if you use it casually. :-(

Good phone but they removed the alphabet from the right hand side when you are scrolling through your contacts which is very annoying

I LOVE all of the Samsung phones I have ever used. I have had many but held onto my S10+ for longer than normal. Upgrading to the S22 almost felt like a step back. Very poor battery life thus far (I am told it will learn my usage and become slightly better) and not much new to offer. Learning the new button position was simple and the build quality is still great, but the S22 just seems very basic. I wanted to spring for the Ultra and probably should have but was limited to options since this line is provided by my employer. All in all this phone is still a Samsung and is far superior to its competitors but is still missing some things that could be improved. The battery is really really bad.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Oustanding replacement for my S9, in terms of size and performance. The battery is not bad, it's a new phone and it's learning your usage, give it a minute and you won't be disappointed. Enjoy.

Not as user friendly as my Galaxy 10+ was. No longer can plug earphones, must get wireless to listen to music. Also had to buy new charger.

Bad battery life

Bought s22 2 mos. Ago. I like everything except the battery. Had to charge 2-3x a day. Unlike my old a71 only have to charge once every 2 days.
