Not happy with this phone

I have had this phone a little over a year. Calls and texts don't always come in or go out. It has been replaced once, out of service for 5 days while verizon tried to fix it, and had numerous trips to the store to fix it. I now restart a couple times a day to make sure nothing is missed. Very disappointed. Used to love Samsung. 2 years left on my contract for the worst phone I've had.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you are having trouble sending or receiving text messages, or they seem slow, it is usually an issue with the carrier or its service. Other times, iMessage may still be enabled if you just switched from an iPhone, which could make texts get stuck in limbo. If you are unable to make calls from your phone, there could be a problem with your phone's SIM card, damage to your phone, or an issue with your account or carrier. When you have the availability in your schedule, please take a look at the articles titled, "Messages on Samsung phone are slow, do not send, or cannot be received" and "Galaxy phone is unable to make or receive calls" for some troubleshooting steps that you can take to help resolve what you have been experiencing with your device's connectivity. Traded in a 10s - it was seemless. The s22 s faster with a quicker charge and longer battery life. The camera is also a bit more robust though I'm not sure of the specifics. Really happy with it so far!

Battery life is terrible. I'm 62 and only talk and text occasionally, and check my email 3 to 4 times a day. Still by the middle of the day, I need to charge. Didn't have this problem with my S10.

I traded my s10 to upgrade to a S22, that was the worst trade ever. From the time I had it, which only been a year. I have had Five phones, each one over heated, continuously drop calls as well as poor connection. I was told from tech that they would switch to an S23, it did not happen. The last phone that I received, still a S22 came in, and never connected to the network. Sad for me I had to purchase a trac phone. I DO NOT recommend Samsung S22.

While they may feel warm under certain conditions, like charging, this does not affect the device's lifespan or performance. However, if your devices get too warm, it could cause some issues. If your Galaxy phone is experiencing low signal, or even no signal at all, you may be unable to connect to the internet, and its ability make or receive phone calls may be limited. After 1 year, this phone still serves me great. Camera still stands out, and battery has not been an issue.

Battery life was bad but even worse now since last update late November, early December. Lots of other issues with it not wanting to keep the internet connected.

I love everything about this phone. Good battery life, just the right size (not too big, not too small) great camera, great features and easy to use. This is one of my all time favorite phones!
