[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As with the other s series, the s22 is a nice phone. However, the size is the same as the 20, which is small. Also, I wish that the speakers were louder.

Work in progress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As all new technology the Samsung S22 5G is just that, a work in progress. With the exception of one phone I have always owned Samsung and probably always will "probably" as it will depend on if Samsung gets the bugs worked out. The overall looks of the phone are as expected from Samsung, beautiful, but the rest is in need of improvement especially the charging port and lack of reliability even with wireless charging. Granted it might just be my phone but I doubt it. Freezing up seems.to be a big issue as well but after checking my phone show it's running at optimal speed and function so who know? I'm confident Samsung will fix the problems as the phones technology improves.

Not the best S series

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am currently upgrading my phone to the S23 hoping the bug issues I've experienced with S22 wouldn't be the same. The moment I got the S22 there was something wrong with its battery. Thinking it was just a malfunction, I got another S22 and the same issues! I've had this phone for about a year and a half now. GREAT picture quality. This phone would have been amazing if it didn't have to reboot in the middle of a call or while I'm on an app.

High Hopes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm normally not much of a galaxy phone person but I had to see what all the hype was with this s22. I love its size. I love its quickness. I love all the options this phone has especially when it comes to the settings. I would say this is the best phone by far I have ever got to use but... here's why my hopes I had have made me give this device only 4 stars instead of 5.
I love setting personal ringtones for all of my special contacts but with this phone doing that was alot harder to figure out. I shouldn't have to google how to do something so easily done on most other phones. The other disappointing feature I am not happy with is how I have the feature to charge another device using wireless charging.my phone is supposed to have this feature which I'm sure it does, the issue though is I read I would have to remove my devices case in order to use this feature. I'm not happy with removing my case at any given time. Maybe all cases should be made able to charge wirelessly when using with an option to put what type of case is on your device. Am I able to charge another device using a wire? Lastly why am I not able to add an external SD card option for more memory space?

Great but could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great phone. Great connectivity, great streaming. Colors and pictures are sharp and vivid. My only issue is lag in gaming. I have to give each game a few minutes to save. If I close a game immediately, even when saved, I lose that progress many times.

Horrible Battery Life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for EVERYTHING!!!!! Zoom, YouTube, texting, listening to podcasts, etc. With my S20, I recharged 1x during the day. With the 22, I recharge constantly during the day. I'm so over it! Had this phone less that 3mo.
