Not a Good Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a Samsung Galaxy series phone since the s10 debuted and each model thereafter. They have all been great. This phone however has an extremely poor battery life, annoying side buttons that seem counter-intuitive, no phone jack, fails to send notifications for updates, is glitchy, and is just sub-par from my last Galaxy phone. Because of this, I've made the decision that this will be my last Samsung Galaxy phone. I expected better from the company.

It works great most of the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works great most of the time. But if you don't reset it every week it starts freezing and won't open past the lock screen and glitches. There's also this pop up ad from an app or program that I can't turn off that just pops up when I'm in the middle of stuff, very annoying. I use it for pics, games, social media, and work.

Great device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone to do several things. Games, apps, music and pictures. I'm very satisfied with all of these. I love to take pictures and options with the camera are great. Excellent for sharing and Instagram. My games come up quickly. I've had no issues and am completely satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung phones elevate how I multi-task on a daily basis with great features such as split screen and adaptive refresh rate display. It helps me save battery while still being productive. It's displays are also amazing as it looks great and is able to keep up with gaming as well.

Great phone for just chilling out

When I first got this phone I wasn't expecting much but boy was I surprised with it's fast speed and smoothness and the pictures it takes are incredible. It's also great for watching videos and playing games as well as getting some work done on the side.

Good features, but TERRIBLE battery life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good features, but TERRIBLE battery life. No matter if you use battery saver mode and put apps to sleep, the battery does not laet the day. My previous S20 had amazing battery life, and so did my previous Galaxy phones.
I still prefer Samsung Galaxy S phones over others, just disappointing to pay so much for a bad battery.
The camera is good. I've gotten great photos and videos. Lots of memory and ease of use. Despite my battery issues I would recommend the Galaxy S22.

Not as good as expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone quite a bit but not as much as I'd like. It's slow, freezes all the time, and gets much warmer than I think it should. It constantly changes settings by itself (sleep mode, do not disturb etc) even though I've repeatedly turned these off. My signal started out great but now it's horrible. The tech changed my settings so I only got 5G LTE but it was way worse than my old phone. I don't like the size, I wish it were bigger but it was what was recommended to me by the provider.
