Worked well for 3 weeks then there were problems with leaking water. Warped the wood plank floor one night.
Sometimes makes a loud humming sound. Humidifier has to set in a deep tray to contain leaking water
It does raise the humidity well when working and not leaking.

Love the light and water viewing window/nightlight

I purchased 27 Oct 2021, and have been very happy with product, in which, I only use distilled water. Issues that make it less than 5 stars: the adhesive that holds the flimsy button panel in place separated on the left-hand side after about a year and won't stick back. And the LightCel UV is insufficient for preventing the eventual growth of Serratia Marcescens (a pink bacteria common in moist environments). However, I've only had to remove the pink film from limited areas of the water bowl a couple of times in the past three years. A more robust UV Lightcell would probably solve the problem. Three years later, still operating as if new.

I purchased this in February of 2022 and it worked great for one season. I cleaned the unit with water and white vinegar as instructed and put it away until this year. After about a month of use it started to make a loud humming noise and stopped putting out any humidity. I have cleaned it twice as the instructions stated and it still has the same issues. I am very disappointed with the quality of this unit. I would be cautious of this model.

This humidifier is good in that it has many different settings to choose from. Also, the water tank is easy to remove for refilling and it holds a lot of water.
The Pre-soaked Aroma Pads are useless as far as I am concerned. I have used about five or six of them and there is no discernable aroma.

THIS IS OUR SECOND WINIX HUMIDIFIER AND WE ARE DELIGHTED WITH THE EASE OF USE AND THE AMOUNT OF WATER IT WILL PROCESS IN A 24 HOUR PERIOD- IN EXCESS OF TWO GALLONS. WE WERE ALSO VERY PLEASED WITH THE FIRST WINIX HUMIDIFIER AS IT RAN FOR THREE AND A HALF YEARS BEFORE WEARING OUT. WE WOULD BUY IT AGAIN.

Since using this humidifier, we have noticed that the room isn’t as dry as it was. It has a 2 gallon tank so it lasts for a few days without having to refill it. Overall it does what it’s intended for and fits in well with our decor.
