So far so good. Easy to unpack and install. Nice paint job. Gets cold quickly. Nice to have the status light and thermostat in a convenient location.

Just got my new chest freezer. seems like everything working well, but the red light comes on when it reaches below 23 degrees. guess i will have to schedule a service man to come and replace it.

Super Reliable Chest Freezer

The chest freezer that was installed in our home today is the same make and model of a chest freezer that we bought over 25 years ago, which is still going strong with no problems what so ever. The only reason why I bought another chest freezer is because the first one is filled with steelhead and salmon that my husband caught over the past 12 months. Every year he gives it to our church for a big fish fry at the end of the summer for everyone!

Lid light and 2 baskets

So far very good ,went to -2F. in 1 hour . Setting was at just over 4 .. Thats a fast cool down . This replaces a magic chef that croaked in 16 months . Light in lid was a must and is bright . Would prefer cord come out the back , but this is nit-picking . Baskets are a real plus . This is is an 8.8 cu. ft. garage ready unit in a cellar . Gave 4 stars , Time will tell if that goes up or down . Mole Killer - They task me!
