I am only giving a 3 star rating since I've been using this freezer less than a month. While it has been working great so far, I am reserving a higher rating for when it makes it through a Texas summer in our garage.
This freezer replaced a smaller GE freezer that died after only 4 years(and both are garage rated). So I am cautiously optimistic that this one lasts. Lots of room in this one, and it comes with 2 baskets which are nice.

Extremely Quiet

Works Great. I have mine on my covered patio. Holds temperature, I have mine set to 5 and maintains a temperature of 0 to -1. Has a tremendous amount of room. I love the two baskets and interior light. Extremely Quiet!! Would highly recommend.

Just the right size for our family

This chests freezer was just the right size for our family to supplement our refrigerator in the kitchen. I like it because it can withstand the temperatures in the garage throughout the year. It has a bright LED light and the two movable plastic baskets are nice for smaller items we might grab frequently. A few things that would make it better would have been digital thermometer on the outside to know what is going on inside and not having to guess what number to keep the dial and about 3 more feet of power cord, to provide a few more options where we could place it.

Great in heat!

Purchased to survive summer heat in garage. Indicator lights let you know temp is correct. Two internal hanging baskets for small items. Very quiet when running. Very appealing appeariance--looks modern not cluncky & old fashion. However, feel it does gather a lot of frost and ice on inside walls. Only had it since late Dec and it is really frosted.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect size, easily fits a 1/3 of cow could probably fit 1/2 a cow. Working well. Curious to see how it will hold up through the Texas summer.

Nice small features

Pros: Plastic baskets seem reasonably durable (1st day, so not sure), the lid is countersprung so it's not hard to lift, and there's a helpful defrosting drain on the bottom. I like the power indicator & active indicator. Shape inside seems easy to clean.
Cons: The temperature control & indicators are near the floor, so easy to accidentally kick. There's no adjustable feet, so you need to use shims to level it... We'll see how often that needs to be dealt with. The power cord comes out the middle of the right side (awkward), but I like that there's a cord hook in the back so you can route it out of the way towards the wall. I'm not sure, but it looks like the individual inside panels might (??) not be sealed well. I don't want to try to check it because it would likely destroy it to take them off... I'll find out come defrosting time I suppose.
Just installed, so I haven't considered durability.
