It worked well right out of the box. Put all of it's contents into a very fast solid freeze. Biggest letdown of this product is the frost buildup. Had I known it would frost up so heavily and quickly, I would have purchased frost free freezer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've only had the freezer a few days, but initial quality seems high. My other GE freezer is still going strong, and I purchased this for added capacity. The size and features were exactly what I was looking for.

Little larger than I wanted, but the design and size are easier to find items. Like the operation lights on front which notifies if any energy interruption. Easier to clean than expected.

Good little freezer

Good purchase if you need a chest freezer and are limited on space. Light weight and size make it easy to go down stairs and thru doors. Has been working fine so far for the last two months. We'll see in the long run.

Great medium sized chest freezer
