Temperature issues

Unit looks good, but may not cool like it should. I wanted to set the temperature to zero degrees F and had to turn the dial all the way to the end to obtain that temperature[0 degrees F]. Is that normal or to be expected. Setting it to the recommended setting in the manual, the temperature was about 10-15 degrees.

Yes, it can be normal to have to adjust the control to the coldest setting. This is due to the temperature around the freezer and it can vary depending on location.

New Freezer after 46+ years

So happy to have a new freezer. Our other one lasted 46+years. This one is smaller, but our needs are smaller as well. It took a while to get the freezer because of back orders but we are really liking it.

Small Chest Freezer: Features meet our needs!

This chest freezer works great in the small space we designated for it! We wanted to purchase a chest freezer for quite some time, but didn't think we'd have enough room for one, so we were very pleased when we discovered one that met our needs and price point! Good amount of room inside and we're very happy with its performance thus far--about two months in.

10 CUFT chest freezer

Lots of capacity. would be nice if lift out baskets were deeper. There is a lot of space below the bottom of the 2 shallow baskets. Makes it difficult to access items in the bottom. with deeper baskets I would give it 5 stars Only had it a few weeks & it is running fine.
