Temperature issues

Unit looks good, but may not cool like it should. I wanted to set the temperature to zero degrees F and had to turn the dial all the way to the end to obtain that temperature[0 degrees F]. Is that normal or to be expected. Setting it to the recommended setting in the manual, the temperature was about 10-15 degrees.

Yes, it can be normal to have to adjust the control to the coldest setting. This is due to the temperature around the freezer and it can vary depending on location.

Perfect chest freezer

We really love the freezer. It fits perfectly. The only thing we were disappointed with it didn’t have wheels. Otherwise it is perfect.

Spacious dressing without being too bulky. So far it has kept everything frozen. My only complaint is that i am having trouble finding compatible bins that will fit/stack and that are easily removable.
