“Texturizing” cheapens look

We are very disappointed in these chairs. Upon receiving our 4 chairs, I called to complain that they looked scratched, like they had been dragged on the floor. I was told they use a wire brush to “texturize” the wicker. This only serves to give it more of a “plastic” than a wicker look. Also, the seat cushion is exceptionally firm; we are assuming this will soften up over time. On a positive note, the company worked with me to get things delivered even though we were in the mountains in the middle of nowhere.
Note: this is the second time I have written this review since the first one never showed up among the reviews.

I've wanted swivel gliders forever. These chairs are amazing! Comfy and beautiful. The covers for each piece are great for an open deck that has a lot of leaves, seeds and birds.
