Worst purchase EVER!

Don’t waste your time with this piece of junk! Drop my phone once in this case and it shattered to pieces! I have had less expensive cases and they held up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR THE HEARTBREAK AND TIME THIS WILL COST YOU IN REPLACING YOUR PHONE!!!!

We're happy to send a new OtterBox under our product warranty, but we are unable to extend our warranty to the device itself, as we are not the manufacturer. The case protects the phone and charges fine, however the biggest downfall of this case is that it doesn’t protect the camera lenses. You need to buy additional protection.

Slippery with non protective on side buttons

These are problems with this case.
Extremely slippery to the glossy finished.
Side buttons are overly exposed.
Not enough protection.
These happens at least 1/2 dozens everyday.
dropped the phone or slipped out of the pocket, hand.
The phone got turn off, taking home page picture or trigger my emergency contact due to these overly exposed side buttons. Hate this case with a passion!

Minimal Protection

I’ve had this case for a month and my screen is already cracked. There’s little to no protection from the case and the only upside being that it doesn’t make your phone bulky.

Oh no, we are so sorry to learn of the damage your iPhone sustained while under the watch of the Symmetry Series+ case. Were you using one of our screen protectors along with the case? Although we put each of our cases through rigorous drop testing, the use of an additional piece of the display of one's device is never a bad idea, especially in the event of a direct hit.
