I just upgraded from an iPhone 8 to a 13 Pro. I had always used the defender series, as I am prone to dropping my phone, and occasionally closing a car hood on it. The previous one had the sheet protector over the case which was nice in some aspects, but a PIA when moisture got under it. I was nervous to get one without anything on the screen, but this case, which fits perfectly, and a separate screen protector have really given my phone the best of both worlds. Mind you, the lighter color case is prone to picking up the dye from my jeans if I keep it in my back pocket, but it is what it is. I also like that it supposedly helps to keep the germs down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work in construction, pulling double duty as a worker in the field , and estimating jobs for the company I work for. This otter box commuter series case is perfect for the days that I am out estimating and don’t need the extreme protection of my defender series pro case. The commuter is slim ,great looking, and offers all the protection I need while out looking at jobs and meeting with other contractors. I highly recommend this case.

Very disappointing case. The flexible edges get caught between the case and the phone, and the case often slips off a little when the phone is in my pocket. Would not recommend this product.

Perfect out of all the cases

Usually I get the symmetry case but I was tired of the clear cases turning yellow. Got the commuter this time and I love it. Still protects everything and still slim. Not so slippery which is nice and has enough cover to fit the big cameras. Love it!

Great case for solid protection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I buy a four figure device and spend that much money, I want to ensure it's safe and protected for years to come. This case has been a great addition to my iPhone 13 Pro. The case has the 2 layers of protection with the silicone wrap that goes around the body of the case, and then the hard shell layer that snaps on top of that. My phone feels a tad bit thicker, but I know it's protected from drops and scratches. The raised edges and raised ridge around the cameras is for added peace of mind. I like the way the case fits and can absorb drop protection to protect my iPhone. This particular case offers an added little bit of tactile grip, but can still feel a tad bit slippery. The buttons are all easily accessible and press with ease. The charging port on the bottom has an added cover with this case that will help to keep loose dust and debris out of that area. This phone still allows me to use Qi wireless charging, so that's an added bonus that the thickness of this case does not take that feature away.
My only wish for this phone case was that it would have better hand feel and feel less slippery. Would have been nice to have more rubberized texture across the back body. Overall a good case that protects your phone and looks nice.

I have dropped my phone a few times and it has passed that test. It is great fir shopping because it does fit in my pocket with ease.
