I bought a new otter box to replace the one that after 4 years needed to be replaced. The chat agent helped me find the model I currently had and was able to easily purchase it. Love the Apple Pay connection to make my purchase seamless. the case arrived on time and I immediately put it on my phone. It’s awesome. My phone feels new again.

Good quality product, a little too tightly fit

This Commuter phone case has good quality. I was expecting the back to have a hole as advertised, but the case I received did not have the hole, this is fine. The indigo color is really nice. After putting my phone in, when I tried to remove the case, it was so tightly fit that I was afraid I would end up bending the outer shell. After a few more times, I managed to remove the outer shell. Overall, this is a good product.

The Commuter case was still going strong on my previous phone - after 5 years or so it had completely protected my phone from multiple drops on tile floors. So, when I recently purchased a new cell phone, there was no doubt I would be purchasing a Commuter Series case to protect it. It was a good thing I did because the day after putting the cover on my phone (perfect fit, BTW), it slipped out of the front pocket of my shorts & fell to the ground in a parking lot! The phone suffered zero damage - even the screen which was not otherwise protected. My only suggestion would be to offer it in additional colors. The black, navy, minty green, or pink ones being offered did not appeal to me. That said, now that I have it, the navy cover is fine, but I wish they had more color options such as gray, red, green, etc.
