I just bought this for my iPhone 7, and found it to be slick in my hand. I've been using outer box cases on all my devices and was disappointed in this one. I have since ordered the Defender series and hope it is better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We were actually quite deliberate in our choice of materials for the outer shell of the Commuter because we wanted a streamlined design that offered easy access from front pockets, purses, and the like.
You might find our signature Defender series to be a bit more to your liking with its outer silicone slipcover to provide a bit more grip, so to speak. Love otter however when I ordered on line it didn’t state if it was screenless like the other cases so I assumed it had a screen protector. Probably won’t use now however live the color just wish it stayed screenless I would’ve stayed away and looked for one with a screen protector

The color is so boring and dark pink, it looks different from the pictures.I wish the have the same color in iPhone 12 Pro Max the baby pink one or the green color.

Seems the same as the last series for the iPhone 6, but the iPhone 7 hasn't released yet, so I don't know for sure. I doesn't come with a screen protector anymore, in case you didn't notice, disappointing and annoying.

I bought this for the new se 2 they have just stuck a label on a 8 case the apple sign on the back of the phone does not line up at least ship the new product version if you are goi g to say you have it and I ordered black and got purple really?
