I normally love otter box but…

I normally love otter box but I’m really sad that my case already has 2 random cracks in it around the camera, especially for the price of it… Hoping for a replacement ☹️ Or maybe a different case from otter box because I’m not sure this will happen again with the cracks. I feel bad leaving 2 stars, Otterbox is always my go to for phone cases for years.

The hard plastic casing already has a broken part and I haven’t dropped my phone. I am not sure how or why it broke but it is disappointing given the cost.

It's a improvement over my 5s case. But was disappointed by the fact it does not have a screen cover that came with it. Like all the other times I bought a otter box case. Wished they had said something when buying it online
