Regret Purchasing

I previously had the same case for my iPhone 11 and it was the perfect case. I never switched, never needed to! So when I upgraded my phone to the 13 Pro Max, it was only right I bought the same. Well, I regret the purchase. The sides didn’t completely come up and the pop socket ripped literally a day after using the case. I figured I got a defective one so I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement. I waited to use my replacement until I went on vacation. And yet again.. the pop socket has ripped. Literally two days after use. And I didn’t even pop it out a lot because I can barely even fit my fingers. Another review noted how theirs barely fit either. How is the back of the case so thick that people can’t even put their fingers between the pop socket and the case? That’s literally what the case is for. And then it rips after minimal use! AND it’s not even well protected! It’s really disappointing and frustrating spending a good amount of money for a case I can’t even use. Disappointing, frustrating, and loss of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The quality of these cases have gone down a lot. Way over-priced for what you get today. They used to be better quality, but now they feel like cheap plastic.

I love the light blue color and feel of this iPhone case,(it took a little adjustment to using the Otterbox harder case, after using Pela soft, plant based,iPhone cases for years. But the problem with the soft, plant based, cases is, they begin to stretch, & don’t stay sealed as tight). I love how this Otterbox case has the pop socket built it. When I’ve attached pop sockets in the past, to cases, they usually break off. This Otterbox case was pricey for me, but a thousand dollar IPhone is worth protecting.
