This was my third otter + pop symmetry, plus I bought a 4th at the same time. The other one was the clear one. Neither one will allow wireless charging, I’ve taken off the pop socket to see if this would help, it didn’t. My other two which were for my previous phone the IPhone 11 Pro Max I had no problem with wireless charging.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There actually isn't a difference in the OtterBox cases you've used in the past and the new one, but rather it's the internal wireless charging configuration of your new device that differs. Our Otter + Pop Symmetry Series Case is compatible with our Qi wireless chargers, like the OtterSpot. We don't test our cases with third party products, so we're unable to guarantee another company's wireless charger will work to get your Otter protected device amped up. If you're still having trouble with the wireless charging feature, give us a call at 1-855-688-7269 and we can look into getting you a replacement case.

Not the best Otterbox or Popsocket product ever

I know otterbox is awesome! I’ve had several different ones over the years. This is my second otterpop case. This case is cracked around where the popsocket attaches. But the 2 main issues are…the sides of the case don’t come up high enough or something. I’ve had so many screen protectors cracked the first time I drop my phone because of how the case is made. And not had this issue using other cases from other brands. The other issue is how the case is made for the popsocket. Because the case dips in where the socket attaches it makes the popsocket itself shorter and less comfortable to use and actually kinda hurts my fingers.
But other cases by otterbox and popsockets attached separately are amazing!

Could use improvement

I got my case as a bundle with purchasing a new phone, and within two weeks the pop socket itself fell off my case. They don’t just sell replacement bases and the bottom piece of the base is stuck in the case. Very disappointed with the product.
