Awful product

I love all my otterbox items and never had a product made bad in any way till now. I literally just got this case yesterday and the pop socket completely ripped apart and broke apart. So I tried taking it off and it would not in any way possible come off. Completely disappointed and sick about it. Pay all this money for absolute garbage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Yikes, we'd be disappointed too, and we're so sorry that you had such an uncharacteristic start with the Otter + Pop Symmetry Series case. Honestly can't quite imagine what would have caused that component to break and tear off the main housing in such rapid fashion, but we're confident that a brand-new warranty replacement will be in it to win it for the long haul.

Great Otterbox quality, but the max version is too heavy for the pop socket to hold the phone horizontally. Such a bummer.

Cracks easily

This is not a good case due to the type of hard plastic material. Mine started cracking at the pop socket it spread up and down the case. I had to exchange but called to request a different case knowing the same would crack again.

Did not protect my phone at all.

I had this exact case for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. It fell from the kitchen counter and it completely failed to protect my my phone. The rear glass shattered completely and the case itself cracked in the middle. I do not recommend this case AT ALL.

Back Glass Shattered

The back glass of my iPhone 12 Pro Max shattered inside this OtterBox case. The cracks even cover part of one of the camera lens which means my photos all now have a hazy look. Drop was only from waist level so I'm obviously very disappointed with this case. I've used OtterBox for years but can't recommend this case now

Popsocket Doesn't Support Phone

I was excited to get my otterbox with popsocket in time for my new iPhone 13 pro max to arrive. Took a bit of force and manipulation to get the case on the phone. When I received the case, the packaging stated iphone pro max 12/13, which is slightly concerning since they are not identical sizes. The case is on the phone, however not as protected as my previous otterbox/iPhone combinations due to the lack of space between screen and lip of case. The popsocket is essentially pointless when it comes to using it as a stand. The weight of the phone cannot be supported by the popsocket as implied by the description of the product. Even with the "tips" given by otterbox to place the phone a specific way, the phone is still not propped up at the angle popsockets usually provide. The whole case is very frustrating, with the cost and reputation of otterbox, it should not have the above flaws that are occuring.

While using that OtterBox as a stand, we usually suggest pulling the PopTop all the way out then angling one side up. This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. Additionally, we recommend having the camera-side of your phone down and close to the stable surface and recommend placing something under the PopSocket to ensure the correct viewing angle is achieved. Love It And Learned a Trick

This is my 3rd Otter Pop Case. I love how the pop socket does not fall off like others I've had and I know it is secure. However, I upgraded to a iPhone 13 Pro Max this year and the pop socket on the case is not centered for the weight of the phone. Normally, I just pull the pop socket fully out and can stand it up. However, I have to push one side of the pop inward and then it will stand up just fine. :)

After using a product is fine but not strong enough to save your phone , spend money on that much price not a great idea , on my opinion, phone customer cere is great , over all for phone safety not a great product
