Doesn’t charge wirelessly! Beware!

I had a otter pop case for my iPhone 11 Pro Max and it charged flawlessly on my wireless charger. This one to my dismay does not. I love these cases but the wireless charging is a big deal to me. I was told it would work. Very frustrating
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry to hear you've had some trouble with your most recent Otter + Pop Symmetry Series Case in terms of wireless charging. If you're using the same base as with your previous Apple/Otter combo, it's possible that the difference in performance is actually due to the internal configuration of the MagSafe technology within the iPhone 13 Pro Max.
Does the device charge on that particular platform when not inside the case? It also might be worth checking to see if removing the PopTop prior to charging helps the cause. I really like my otterbox symmetry case I order the pop socket version and the only con I would say is that the pop socket is located too low and you can’t change the position

We totally get that folks will potentially want to use the Otter + Pop Symmetry Series as a means for hands-free viewing, and we're sorry that you're struggling with this feature.
For propping up some of the more sizable devices, PopSockets recommends expanding and then tilting or “kinking” the PopTop to one side for a more stable experience. In addition, it will be helpful to have the heavier camera side of the device be closer to the surface that you’re placing it on to avoid things getting a bit top-heavy.

Does not fit and does not stand

I bought it end of last year but to my disappointment the popsocket cannot stand the weight of the iPhone 13 Pro Max and keep falling when I tried to put it on flat surface. I also noticed that some edges especially near the buttons do no fit snugly to the iPhone (you can see gaps as in the picture)

Delightfully Otter Tranquil Waters iPhone 13PM

I love this case! The tranquil waters color scheme is very pretty. Changes it up from the classic black cases. I love the built in pop socket. I feel more secure while holding a bigger phone. If you have large fingers, the pop fit might be a little snug, but overall not an issue. The pop folds down and is nice and flush with the case, so it won’t get caught up in your pockets or bags. The case overall is nice and secure and feels solid. You can feel that it will with stand drops, and this coating on the back will do well against scratches and finger prints. It is also anti microbial which is another great bonus. The case is easy to apply and remove without much effort or force. Another A+ job by Otter Box.

Left my phone on the roof of my car….

Accidentally left my iPhone 12 pro max on the roof of my car it obviously fell off when going 90kmh down the road…to my surprise when I found my phone it had survived ZERO damage. The case took all of the impact and saved my phone! Definitely recommend

Got this a few weeks ago. Great case. Love the built in pop socket. Had a similar case for my 11. Only problem is that the phone tends to tip over using the pop socket in the horizontal position. This happens particularly on one side. May be this particular case is not balanced properly. But still
