The case itself is great! Durable and tough. I’ve always purchased OtterBox cases to protect my phones and am always pleased. The only flaw is that it inhibits wireless charging on two of my wireless chargers. The case needs to be removed to charge.

Wish they added more protection around the camera lens. I end up having to lay it my phone face down due to my fear of scratching the camera lens when placed on any surface. It lays uneven when it’s on its back due to the embedded grip on the lower back of the case. Used to be my favorite type of case but the design is not great for protection around the camera lens and the grip on the back is really useless. It’s more of a nuisance in my opinion.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry to hear you're feeling a little uneasy about the back camera of your new iPhone 13 while using the Commuter Series Case. The overall design should definitely provide enough clearance for you to be able to set the device/case combo face up without those lenses making contact with a flat surface, so we'd suggest giving that a try and seeing if perhaps your comfort zone expands just a bit. :)

Not working with MagSafe charger on my iPhone 13

Pretty upset. I purchased this case along with the otterbox 3 and 1 charging station, as well as a wireless charging case for my AirPods from Verizon. I have an iPhone 13. The case states compatible with MagSafe, however my phone will not magnet to the charging station with the case on. The case is nice, but I purchased all 3 items to be able to use them together. If one doesn’t work, the other two are pretty pointless.

Our apologies for the confusion and frustration. Although this particular case will allow a charge to pass from a MagSafe charger to the iPhone, as you've discovered, it does not have any magnetic properties to help keep one's device "locked" into place. This case would have to be set horizontally on top of a MagSafe charger.

Case is good but have to take off to use Mag Lock
