Very pleased 1st time buyer

This was my 1st Otterbox purchase. After finally trading in my ancient iPhone 7 for a 13, I knew that I had to get a better-than-good case for it. This time, I wasn't going for "pretty," I was going for protection. After reading a ton of reviews, I settled on Otterbox because it was the most reasonably priced for the quality. I haven't dropped my phone since I got it about 2 months ago so I can't really speak to how well the case withstands being dropped. I love how it's not too bulky; I take it with me when I go running and it's not awkward at all to hold. I would definitely recommend this case to anyone who's on the fence between this brand and another, or just to anyone looking for a new case. I just wish they came in more colors or designs :)

Terrible purchase

Hello: I purchased a otterbox commuter for my iphone 13 and as several other reviews have noted, It does not properly fit. The hard plastic cover keeps popping out and won't provide the needed protection for my new Iphone. I purchased this online and saw that other people had received the ability to return their product for free. Please give me this same courtesy.

Commuter Series Fail

I used the Commuter Series on my iphone 8 for years. I just got two cases for my new iphone 13. I could not be more disappointed, As you can see, the plastic molding is irregular & will not work on my phone. The second case is not as bad; however, it too is a poor old and does not fit the phone on the ends.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This Case is a Trooper

I have had a lot of phone cases in my lifetime, but this case endured the most damage I have ever seen. I was cutting grass and dropped the phone through the motor and through the blades. The only damage the phone sustained was a burn spot on the screen and a small scratch on the side. Amazing! Will be buying this case again.

Easy to install and remove. It provides good protection from drops. I've used Otterbox before and never had a problem. This is what a case should be without the bells and whistles. Priced right.

Right thing, wrong way

Purchased and iPhone 13 commuter model case. The design is flawed at that the top of the case as the top edge rubber doesn't have enough overlap to stay on the phone and the case keeps slipping off the phone.

Nearly perfect

Love everything about this case except the little plastic piece above the covered charging port keeps breaking. I’ve bought a second one and eventually it snapped on one side too. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue but when that piece breaks, it leaves a sharp edge. Other than that this case has provided the promised protection.
