Popsocket placement and raised “bubble”

I purchased this a few weeks ago, I’m happy and will probably return it. The popsocket is in a weird spot and there is a weird raised bubble around the socket that makes holding the phone uncomfortable and quite difficult with the socket extended.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed

I had a case like this for my iPhone 11 and I loved it. The 13 Pro Max seems to be too heavy to actually sit up by using the pop socket. I’m really disappointed with this. It’s the reason I bought the case.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For propping up some of the more sizable devices, PopSockets recommends expanding and then tilting or “kinking” the PopTop to one side for a more stable experience. In addition, it will be helpful to have the heavier camera side of the device be closer to the surface that you’re placing it on to avoid things getting a bit top-heavy.

Great product. Not as easy to change the pop socket as they make it seem. Really wanted to change the color of the pop socket and could not get the clear one off. I didn't want to break it so quit trying.
