Pop it socket poor quality

For the second time now (ordered one, broken, returned for a replacement, and now second one broken again), the pop-it socket on the back has come broken. Once expanded, it’s just shredded and doesn’t hold shape (stay out).
I had this case for my iPhone8 for years and loved it. So when I got an iPhone 13, I knew exactly what case I wanted. Disappointed in it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not exactly as advertised

Case is nice but very slippery. The only grip is the pop socket. Also does not charge wireless as advertised even after pop socket is removed. I was duped.

Defective Product

I've been sent 3 defective cases in a row, I've used this type of case for my last 2 iPhones, but the new ones seem to be of a lower quality that previous cases. The popsocket just falls apart immediately or after a day's use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great idea but……..

The idea of the pop socket being attached directly to the case is a really cool idea so it doesn’t stick out especially in your pocket, however it is locked to the one location and if you have larger fingers( like me ) it’s tough to fit them under the pop socket. I really like it don’t get me wrong but if you are one to put your pop socket in a more convenient location for your hands you may want to just get the regular otterbox case. Overall I would give it a 8 out of 10 just for that reason. The case it’s self is great. Dropped my phone around 5-6 times on pavement and it did what it was designed to do….protect the phone!
