good robot but user interface is not good

but it able to detect stair which is good.

Not the same Samsung quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It kind of works sometimes. Sometimes stops cleaning and goes back to charger without finishing and with over 50% battery. Occasionally gets lost on the way back to charger and has to be carried.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Save your money

Bought it last year and it was great at first. After one year, the suction seems to be non-existent, doesn't seem to empty completely into the clean station if at all, and can't dock itself onto the clean station after cleaning without help. As a (probably) over loyal Samsung customer, I have to say this is vacuum is a disappointment, especially for the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This vacuum will RUIN your wooden furniture legs. The edges of the vacuum will dig into any wooden legs causing thousands in damages to repair.

All robot vacuums are garbage.

I have had this thing for probably a year and I can tell you, it's annoying as possible. Which feature works to specification? I have not been pleased with any robotic vacuum. There's too much more greed for anything to be nice these days. Profits matter more than anything. Cut quality, cut labor, cut anything just to make a quick buck.

Great Robot, Terrible Brush

love the mapping and scheduling. though the ability to create multiple schedules for individual rooms would be ideal.
the brush on this robot is to fine/soft and is no good at picking up anything on a carpeted (regardless of shag height) surface. it simply does not do the job. even with the suction set to max, it will not pick up pet hair or litter. only effective on bare floor surfaces. not on carpet or rugs.
please offer a regular vacuum brush w/ beater for this robot.
