A very impressive vacuum bot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very skeptical of bot type vacuums so prior to this I held off on getting one. This is what initial impressions I have gotten.
This vacuum came in a large box. It is already mostly assembled and close to ready to go. I downloaded the app and watched the Samsung video noted on the instructions. Everything was very easy for me, a first timer with a robot vacuum. It cleaned very well on my hardwood floors and some random rugs. I like that it can be scheduled to clean and that I can see how it maps my floors online. The two best features are the Lidar and the clean station. Both make this way better than a normal bot vac. The only downside is the clean station only came with 2 bags. A few more would have been nice.
I am currently in the process of moving into a new home and I will update my review once I see how this works on the tile floors in my new home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used several other brands robot vacuums and ended up returning them as they just either didn’t clean well or couldn’t get around my place without getting stuck on things. The Samsung Jet Bot+ vacuum handles cleaning and maneuvering around items and my place extremely well! As a household with both a cat and a dog I wasn’t expecting that it would pick up the amount of pet hair that it has. This vaccine is insanely smart and literally learns from itself on where to clean and where it can’t go. The clean/charge station is awesome and it still amazes me that technology has come this far where an appliance can find its way back to its base for charging and cleaning. This is definitely the future of vacuuming and Samsung got it 100% right!

Great job picking up the tiny particles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was so easy to set up. It came out of the box already charged. My son downloaded the Samsung app and began programming the Jet Bot Vacuum right away.
It was also cute that it talks to you in a loud enough voice that you could here clearly in another room. It had gotten tangled in some string and called us for help!
My only criticism is the collection box is small which is weird because the Bot is very good at cleaning the area twice around and runs for quite a while! It also passed over a few areas on my carpet and left behind visible lint and particles. However, the advanced 5-layer filtration system helped to get the tiniest of particles on my floors and I didn't have to sneeze or cough at all from the outflow air as I have done in the past with other vacuums.
We tried the No-Go zone feature after the Bot ran over my cat's food dish. We cut the strip of tape that came in the box to fit around my cat's food. The Bot easily went around these areas with no problem! I love how the Bot starts in a zig-zag pattern and repeats the area twice. It was also excellent at moving around and getting access to small crevices such the metal legs of my bed and the chair legs around my dining table. It could sense the obstacle at about 6 inches ahead, instead of bumping into it all of the time which could damage the machine. The JetBot Automatically adjusts suction power to clean. It went over carpet, linoleum, and tile excellently. The dust bin held the most tiniest of particles I never thought I would find in my carpet. We live near the beach so it was great to see so many sand granules being sucked up by the machine. Definitely a keeper for a long time!

Amazing

So unobtrusive and quiet I hardly know its there and the No-Go Zone/ Select & Go setting is so easy to use. I love that the JetBot Automatically adjusts suction power to clean with power control technology, And that Releases clean air with an advanced 5-layer filtration system, giving me the satisfaction of knowing my floors are clean and I dont have to worry. Such an outstanding product that I tell ALL my friends about it!

Cleans great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This robot vacuum is pretty amazing. It was very easy to install first off. I just took it out of the box plugged in the clean station, pressed the on button on the Jetbot and it went to the clean station to charge. After it was charged sufficiently I turned it on and it quickly started to clean and dust. It doesn’t make a lot of noise, I really like that. Anyway, it cleans around obstacles well. I use it daily because it does such a great job of sucking up dust and crumbs. Dust used to drive me crazy. Now with the Jetbot I don’t see any dust! I have an easier job keeping my home clean. I also pair it with the app and that is another plus! I’m always surprised at how much dust comes out in the trash, I guess it’s thanks to the 99.999% filtration this machine is working with! I highly recommend to anyone with kids and pets. My life has literally changed because of the Jetbot. I set it to clean while I’m away and my family and I comes home to a dust and dirt free environment. I’m very happy!

Pretty Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned 2 robotic vacuums prior to this one so I have a benchmark to compare. I do love how this one maps out your house and 'talks' to you to let you know what it is going to do next. It handles thresholds well--better than my other two. Where it falls short is it still only makes it back to its charging station about 75% of the time and it gets very hung up on the edges of small area rugs. It also is loud and clunky and sounds like it's on a terror. It does pick up cat hair very well and it is always so satisfying to empty the full dust bin. It is also much better at not eating cords and cables although occasionally it still does get twisted in them and pulls them out of the wall.
