Good Robotic Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This robotic vacuum works very well and I’m happy with its performance. My floors stay clean and I spend less time vacuuming. It also performs much better than prior robotic vacuums we’ve owned as it is always able to return to its base for charging without getting lost along the way. Voice control and the app control mostly work well, despite being difficult to set up individual rooms and no-go zones. The app really needs to be updated — it’s way too clunky and tedious for something made by Samsung, and I received various error messages in Korean while naming rooms. I suspect they will update it soon and it won’t be an issue anymore. Thankfully there are buttons on the vacuum itself to pause or resume cleaning and send it back to its base to charge. Despite the app issues I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a robotic vacuum.

Cool and Ingelligent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Jet Bot Robot Vacuum from Samsung is so cool and intelligent. Right out of the box it looks elegant and of high quality. There is a video by scanning the QR code on it that shows what to do, you can also read the instructions but I like the visual instructions instead. It shows you also how to look for the app and how to sync it. The Jet Bot utilizes the Wi-Fi to connect and this enables communication to me even if I am not in or around the house. The app can use more options or easier to control but it does the job well, it enables where to clean and when to clean, we like this because we do not need to be home for it to work. No more loud vacuuming when at home, it can do it when nobody is home. We have both hardwood floor and area rugs and it cleans both. And the No Go Zone is convenient since we do not want it to clean the area where the cables are, so it does not. The LIDAR sensors also help it to get around and it does well. The Jet Bot talks, so it sounds cool when it lets you know what it is doing or what it needs like the filter needs to be changed. I wished I had this for some time, saved us time to clean the floors. The reservoir is easy to take out and clean and I am glad it picks up almost everything just like a regular vacuum, it has picked up the dogs hair that is very small and gets all over the place.

Great robot vacuum that extremely powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WOW! The cleaning power of such a small vacuum is extremely impressive. I have owned several robot vacuums in the past and while made to be a convenient, labor free way of cleaning. They really didn’t actually vacuum up as much as an upright vacuum. The Samsung Jet Bot+ sets and breaks the bar for what robot vacuums are capable of.
This vacuum has been amazing with picking up both my cats and dogs hair and leaving my area rungs looking basically new in the process. For being in a small condo this vacuum has adapted to my place and barriers very well and has never gotten stuck or gone somewhere it couldn’t handle. The clean station is an awesome idea and makes maintenance a breeze and no hassle at all.
Overall this vacuum has surpassed any and all expectations that I had for this or any robot vacuum. Samsung really makes their mark in the vacuum category with this and I can’t even imagine how they could improve this technology. All I know is I am extremely happy and relieved that vacuuming had become a thing of the past.

The Jet Bot Robot Vacuum from Samsung has an elega

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The setup is easy; there is a QR code on the Vacuum that directs to videos on how to do it. The app can use more updates but overall it works well. The bot starts by mapping out the house and figuring out on how to clean. The Vacuum talks to let us know if something is needed or what it’s about to do, impressive. It scans the room to know where to vacuum and using the strips included, we got it from going near cables. The No-Go Zone is a plus do not have to worry about areas we do not want it to go to. The Vacuum cleans well on both the hardwood floors and the area rugs and when coming back home it is easy to empty the small container. Cleaning the brushes on the vacuum is also very easy, just take them off and clean. Using the Bot is much easier than vacuuming ourselves since it can do it while nobody is home. Live cleaning report is also another good feature, lets us know what is doing or what it did. We really like the Samsung smart Bot.

Best Vacuum bot from Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Samsung Vacuum bot at my doorstep a couple of weeks ago. Unboxing and setup were really simple and hardly took 20 minutes. The book is not sleek compared to the other ones that I used. The bot started mapping the whole floor and provided me a notification on the phone once done. The mapping was detailed and was able to identify the stuff that was obstructing it(Like chairs and center table).
I invited my friend's pet to see how a good jet bot can clean pet hair. It was the best in cleaning the floor. It outperformed all my previous bots. frankly, I didn't get a chance to test out the mopping feature but I hardly mop on my floor.
The smart things app was well made and registering the device was simple. The bot has voice commands and was following my instructions clearly. After the cleaning it announces that it is automatically heading back to charging station and that is a cool feature. It has many sensors on it that can tell if I'm picking up the device or moving it.
Overall it is a very good device and worth the money spent. The only improvement I can observe is the trash bin is very small and needs to be changed every couple of times a week. A bigger trash bin would make the cleaning task simpler.

Must have for pet owners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used the Samsung Jet Bot+ robot vacuum for about a month now and it has freed up so much of my time. I have an Australian Shepherd that constantly sheds his undercoat. If I go 3 days without vacuuming, I would have little tumbleweeds of his fur rolling around the house. This robot vacuum has eliminated my need to do touch up vacuuming sessions. Now I set the robot to vacuum whenever I'm not home, and I come home to clean floors each and every time.
The set up was very straight forward. I downloaded the Samsung SmartThings app and scanned the QR code on the robot. Five minutes later, the little guy was scanning my house with its LIDAR and creating a map of my home. I then divided up the floor plan to "rooms" that can be set to be cleaned at different times, and plotted restricted zones that the robot should not clean - like where my dog's water bowl is, and where there are wires that can be easily tangled.
Once everything was all set up, I can control the vacuum from my phone to clean the specific rooms and areas that I want. I can also set it to do a "spot clean" which is an area that needs extra attention. The top floor of my house is about 1000 sq ft and it takes the robot about 90 minutes to finish the job. Once the vacuuming is complete, I get a notification on my phone with a report on how long the job took and the routes that the robot took to complete the job.
Once the robot is full of dust and fur, it returns to the cleaning station where all the dirt is sucked up into the cleaning station. This means that I don't have to empty out the dust bin every time the robot is full. Once the cleaning station is full, I get a notification to empty out the container from the top of the station. The cleaning station also acts as a charging port for the robot and that's where it sits when it's not in action.
Overall, this vacuum robot has been amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. I can't wait to buy a second one for my downstairs as well!

A powerful robot vacuum cleaner and empties itself

When we come home, we are extremely tired and tend of procrastinate when comes time to cleaning the house. Then on the weekends it is a chore where we find spending a lot of time cleaning. We needed help with the daily cleaning.
With so many robot vacuums in the market today how do you know you have made the decision? Well, when you have a brand name like Samsung and supported with technology- LiDAR you know you have made the perfect decision.
To give an honest opinion for the Jet Bot+ Robot Vacuum with Clean Station I have to break it down into few categories.
1.Looks: This Samsung robot is beautifully designed. It has a washable dust bin. It also includes a charge station (more in detail below for charge station).
2.App- Samsung Smart things app is very easy to use. The first time the robot with its LiDAR technology precisely scanned the entire place. This robot is so smart- it was able to divide the various rooms within the house. The app allows you to schedule your cleaning. It was various sound modes (voice, sound effects, or no sound), different languages with volume levels and even a downtime mode. The best part is that you can choose “SPOT” mode- which allows you choose area you want to clean. It also sends you an alert when the cleaning is completed- and notifies you that it is going to go charge itself!!!! Simply amazing.
3.Cleaning-- Top notch laser mapping. Its intelligent navigation found debris that we found have never found on our own. The brush is located on the right side and – it is a self-cleaning brush. We have been using it for the past few weeks and its bristles have been successfully removing the hairs. In short there is not entanglement of loose hairs around the brushes. Suction power is perfect. We have mostly hard floor with few carpets throughout our home. When this robot would start cleaning on the carpet you can hear its suction power increase.
4.Charge station- I must state that besides the vacuum robot the next best innovation has been the robot’s ability to empty its own dustbin and charge itself. Esthetically well designed.
This Samsung vacuum robot is awesome- never complains and is never tired.

Impressive Robot Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had two other robot vacuums in the past that performed reasonably well at times but invariably had problems from losing the location of their docks to inconsistently cleaning their respective areas. Not so with this vacuum.
Other than some initial frustrations with the app — I had to switch to another phone to pair with my WiFi — this vacuum has performed admirably. It cleans well, and thanks to the LiDAR Scanner never failed to return to its dock. While it occasionally eats one of our rugs and has to be rescued, it does a great job: our floors have never been cleaner. It’s easy to schedule cleaning for when we’re asleep, and once rooms are set up in the app it’s convenient to be able to have the vacuum clean specific rooms on demand. The app is the weakest part of the experience for me, but I’m sure it can be improved in time. I can easily recommend this vacuum to anyone looking for a convenient way to keep your floors clean without much hassle.
