[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my Jet Bot over 6 months ago and love it! This is my 2nd Samsung Robot and 4th Samsung product. Samsung makes excellent quality products which I totally enjoy as well as have informed my family and friends to purchase Samsung products. The Jet Bot is very easy to use and program. I programmed my Jet Bot to clean daily at 6am, it’s very quiet and powerful. I wake up to a clean house daily and love 💕 it!

Bumpy start but runs fine now

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had multiple instances at beginning of using the Vacuum where it would always give false notification that something was stuck in brush and it wouldn't move at all even though nothing was there to remove/clean. The battery dies after staying in same place for sometime and the vacuum needs to be put back to charging manually. Since my vacuum runs when I'm away from home, I couldn't do much and wait to return home and search for it to put back on charging.
For some reason (could be software update) the problem resolved on its own and works just as expected. The only few times i really did get the stuck notification in past weeks was when something really was stuck in the brush. Other than the beginning I have had good experience.
The bag that came with vacuum is still half filled so pretty good for long term use. Mapping is quite accurate and having a cleaning report to view on what has been covered really gives a good idea.
One drawback is that schedule option only lets you clean the whole house and not schedule specific rooms for specific days.Like I have rooms that are more or less always clean which i would like to schedule once a week, and others which can be every other day. Could be a software update for QoL improvements in future.
I would recommend this to a friend!
