Buy Roborock

The software has gotten worse. I've been using it for a little over a year. It worked fine for the first few months, but I now have to do manual vacuum work and stopped using it. It comes to the dock almost immediately without cleaning the whole area. I picked up any obstacles every time before I started the vacuum.
I've been using a Roborock for 4-5 years on the other story, and it works perfectly!
I am a Samsung fan, but I gotta be honest. Please update the software so that my vacuum makes the perfect journey.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great suction power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 2 weeks ago. It really does a great job. We had a no brand and it just didnt do a good job. My jet-bot has great suction. We no longer have to go behind and sweep what was left behind. It picks everything up.

Splotchy cleaning

I understand how frustrating it can be when your vacuum doesn't consistently perform, especially when it does such a great job when it works. We are here to provide assistance.

I have shared some steps/frequent maintenance below you can take to have a more consistent performance.

1. Clean the Sensors: Dust and debris can obstruct sensors. Use a soft, dry cloth or a brush to gently clean the sensors.

2. Check for Blockages: Inspect the vacuum’s hose, filters, and brush roll for blockages that might affect sensor performance. Clear any debris you find.

3. Reset the Vacuum: I have shared this model's user manual link below. Please turn to page 49 for steps to take to reset the vacuum.

4. Update Firmware: Visit the user manual link shared earlier and turn to pages 34 - 35 to register the vacuum so it automatically updates its software.
