I have porcelain white tile floors and a dog. This vacuum is nothing short of amazing. An absolute must have for pet owners with hard floors. Setup was very simple. Definitely worth the investment. Love it!!!

Great at first, battery is a failure to me

I’ve had the Jetbot+ for a year and 9 months. The mapping was good and really like how the Smart Things app made it easy to use. Held up with my pets and their fur. The downside is the battery. For as expensive as this robot vacuum is, I thought I’d be able to get a few years out of it. It takes about 6-7 seconds for 1 percent to drain. That equates to about 10 minutes of run time. I’ve talked with support and since it’s out of warranty, to replace the battery it would cost me more than half of what I paid for this vacuum. Good product but long term, would not recommend.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As the battery is used over a length of time, the battery charging time and usage time decreases. In this case, contact a service center and replace it with a new battery.

Artifical Stupidity

This thing is possibly the least intelligent thing I've ever seen in action. I will tell it to stop cleaning when it starts and it will wander around looking for it's station it just left. I can set it in front of its station and tell it to dock and it will wander away looking for the station right in front of it. I accidentally hit the start button putting it back on it station, and it will come off the station, then try to get back on, and then just wander off. It enters the no-go zones regardless. It can't cross the dark borders of the rugs it's not supposed to go on to begin with and then the stupid thing can't leave it thinking it's a cliff. I don't know what to say. Don't buy this thing, it's perpetually awful. I definitely won't be buying another Samsung robot vacuum again. This one is significantly worse than the previous model I should have not upgraded from. Why does it have its lidar sensor when it gets stuck under stuff anyways? It will wedge itself into areas it should know better than to try. I'm having to take it back to its station more often than it finds the station itself.

Save Your Money; Look at Other Brands

I purchased this item nearly 1 years ago (Feb 8, 2023) and cannot recommend it's purchase. It worked fine for about 5 months and then began having issues following it's pattern. Prior to issues it would travel in straight lines across the floor gradually sweeping the room before going on to the next room. This produced a very satisfactory result. Then it suddenly stopped this action and would sweep in a willy nilly pattern, missing a majority of the rooms and oftentimes not finishing the entire cleaning cycle. I sent it in for warranty repairs and it was returned to me with notes that there was hair in the wheels and the sensor windows were dirty. That also sent a video supposedly showing the robot working fine after their repairs. Except it still didn't act like the first months after purchase. Within days it was back to an erratic pattern. I wiped the sensors and made sure there was no hair but it still failed to properly clean my rooms. This is an expensive robot vacuum and not having it work properly is a huge waste of my limited income. Don't fall into the same boat as me with a worthless, oversized, paperweight.

Extended warranty required!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Third one, 2 have failed under warranty. Do not buy without extended warranty. Have AI version as well it failed under warranty, returned with same problem and failed completely outside of warranty.

Smart Robot
