LIDAR Sensor needs reset - Robot won't work

This robot was working well until I started seeing errors "Lidar Sensor needs to be reset" - Upon calling customer care there was no solution offered and I was being told i will be charged for service even though i am under warranty , Avoid this as its waste of money

Good luck getting bags.

Lol, vacuum bags? For at least two years people have been complaining. I have seen replies, so I know for a fact that you have known about this issue for two years. Product is NOT improving life because now I have to waste time searching for bags.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

This vacuum is great at first, but after about 18 months of use it starts to fail. If you want to spend $800 on a robot vacuum I suggest you keep shopping.

Don't buy if you have pets!

We used this robot for a couple months with success. Unfortunately my dog was sick one day and peed which the robot sucked up and bricked itself. Samsung made me pay for shipping and packing materials only to inform me that it's now a paperweight with no recourse. If you do have pets, please ensure that you are home and monitoring the vacuum when it runs.

Expensive mistake

Vacuum is less than two years old. Started Losing suction after a year of use. Now, front directional wheel broken, and it just runs in circles.

Bad purchase. Do not buy this vacuum.

This is the worst robot vacuum I have bought so far. It worked good till an year and right after 1 year it failed to charge anymore. When I contacted Samsung support they said they will charge the amount same as I paid for the vacuum. Very disappointed by the product and the support.
