[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a smart, elegant and smooth running vacuum cleaner. It works quietly and discreetly. It creates a map of where it is cleaning and the areas that must be cleaned. It is easy to be located from the phone app and it even sends a sound when it gets lost. It goes to its station if needs to recharge in the middle of a cleaning routine by itself and the. It resumes cleaning the areas needed from before.
The machine works smoothly and quietly.
The design is beautiful. It is way more quiet than other brands and the voice it uses is smooth and pleasant. It takes so much dirt and dust every time even after the cleaning is done. It lost a small screw and it has been really hard to find so we are currently trying to fix it. Other than that it is an amazing robot.

Powerful and Intelligent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried 3 different brands of smart vacs Roomba, Roborock and this Samsung. I have to say I like the Samsung the best. It does a great job mapping the landscape but does even a better job of not getting stuck. When its cleaning, it does a very good job cleaning around. I find that If I run this on a schedule and do spot cleaning when needed, I rarely have to clean the entire house. Overall I am very pleased with the suction power and how well it performs on hard surfaces and various types of carpet;.

Elegant and functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is great to have a robotic vacuum in your home, and Samsung makes a really good one. I leave it on my second floor most of the time, and let it work its way through 4 bedrooms, two baths and a laundry room. It does take some time for it to complete (with multiple stops to empty and/or recharge), but it beats doing it yourself. Smartthings app is nice for control, and to be able to locate the machine at any given time while it is operating - especially helpful when it gets stuck on a cord or sock.
Overall, a great product (only regret is that I did not upgrade to the AI+ model.

Mixed Results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I liked this product but found that it couldn't accomplish what I needed it to do. To be fair though, I was wanting it to clean a small auditorium overnight. It would likely do well in a more residential setting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first robot vacume purchase and am very happy with the results. The vacume does an amazing job vacuuming and when paired with the clean station is an amazing combo. The biggest issue I have is the lack of finding clean station bags, replacement parts and filters. Samsung makes it sound like it's a supply chain issue, but is still frustrating.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for Christmas and couldn't be happier, it learned the entire first floor In one 2 hr run. It cleans so well, takes itself back to the station and empties than continues the clean from the exact spot it left off from. That Lidar Sensor is so much smarter than the camera guidance others offer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Robot Vacuum worked very good in my living room and kitchen, the floor was cleared very nice, all the corners was cleared very well, it returned to charge station with accuracy, especially I really like its dumping all the dusts into the station automatically when it returned to its station which is very convenient, also I found it avoided to bump into obstacles with its sensor, it cleared under my dining-table with a lot of chairs, great to find it could get into it and get out with no issue, definitely it's a very great Robot Vacuum which is deserving recommendation!
