Easy to use and efficient

me and my wife both work full time and having 2 kids and 2 dogs makes it a challenge to keep our house clean all the time. having the jet bot makes it easier. it frees up our time so that we can focus on other things such as cooking and spending more time with the family. the smart things app is easy to use and keeps us informed. the jet bot misses some things but that is to be expected as nothing is perfect. luckily, we also have the bespoke jet vacuum to pick up what is left.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not smart at all.

I've had this for almost a year. It never cleans any room in the same pattern or anywhere near clean. I've tried retraining the maps and placing the base in many different locations to no avail. Sent it in to have it serviced and was told nothing was wrong. If you could look at my "cleaning reports" you'd think I have invisible walls that change positions every day. Also why have bags in the station other than to have a constant way of getting more money out of you.

If your Jetbot Mop is not cleaning normally or thoroughly, or if the force of the mop is weak, there are a few things you can check. You'll need to check if the components are connected correctly and that the sensors are clear of dust.

Not very smart

no matter how many times the floor layout is retrained or the base station is moved to different locations, it consistently skips huge areas of rooms or gets lost and can't return home. it seems to find invisible walls in the middle of bare floors. sent it in for service and was told nothing was wrong. have had for almost a year now. customer service was less than helpful. also, other than having a constant service charge and maybe being slightly better at not spreading dust when you remove it, what is the point of having bags in the base station in 2022?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible Manual, Can't Get Working

I can't even get this one going. The documentation doesn't make any sense. Most of it is entirely pictures in the booklet included with the vacuum. There seem to be a lot of things missing. There are directions about how to get it to turn on, but they don't tell you how to program it.
I found a larger manual online and it's even more confusing. Like the smaller one, it says nothing about how to use the app that needs to be downloaded. It also mentions something about putting TAPE on your floor to tell the vacuum not to go there. That's about the last thing I want--this is my HOME, not an elementary school gymnasium.
I'm sure it's a quality vacuum, but there is NOTHING in the manual (large or small) about how to set up the maps or prepare it for use. I'm not sure how everyone else has gotten this to work. I tried calling the phone number but it was all menus.
I will likely be returning to where it was purchased from because there is inadequate documentation about how to use it and I don't want it to damage things in my house.
Please write better manuals in the future. For now, I'll be running my old manual Hoover.

Constant object recognition sensor failures!

Returned 4 times under warranty for object recognition sensor failure. Al they do is replace cosmetic parts. Nothing to do with the actual system has been replaced. Now out of warranty by a month, what is the chance that something will be found failed as I have to pay for it. The next model down cleans better and has never failed. Do not buy without extended warranty, better still do not buy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Having the object recognition sensor fail is something we can easily check, JerryLondon. Let us go ahead and check some settings for the vacuum.

Your Jetbot Mop's remote allows you to control different cleaning functions, but there are a few reasons why the remote may not work. Before connecting the remote, you should check the remote's batteries and confirm that the main unit has been fully charged.
