This thing really sucks lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to get this vacuum robot , his name will be roddy the robot and I will refer to my vacuum as he lol. We have a Rosie in another part of the house . Exciting to compare.
Upon opening I really liked the sleek design. It was very easy to set up and the app recognized it right away. I placed it into a bedroom on the upper floor and started it up. Super easy , I had placed the magnetic tape by the stairs but it didn’t seem to want to read the magnet. I will continue learning about the tape. He took off right away and said he was going to map out the area. He did not go off of the steps (I was there to catch him) but he got a little hung up on the edge. Like I said he’s learning he did better the 2nd time.
It is the perfect height for going under the furniture, he did ask for help under the king size bed. It repeats until you help it. It asked me to remove items from its brush, so I got under the bed and discovered the place my 3 yr old poodle likes to gut his toys. White fluff everywhere…. It was just a little tangled in the outer brush , the roller brush seems to be self cleaning which is awesome. It was easy to fix and I gathered the fluff and let him finish.

I used it again today and it remember the places it had issues and it stayed away which I am happy about because the electric cords for the power bed are deep under and this time it was like it was being careful right there.
Today when I started him up he said I ham going to do the edges and baseboard first then zigzag .
This dust bin was very easy to empty and I was very surprised at how much dirt and dust was in there! I’m sure Finn the dog had something do do with that, and he gets pretty worried about the vacuum going to his hiding place. I can really hear the suction on this vacuum more so than my other robot.
I’m looking forward to setting it up and trying it on the other floors in the house it really goes from wood to carpet with ease and the brush is really making good contact with the carpet. Really looks like it’s freshly vacuumed.
So far I am very pleased with its performance and ease of use , I vacuum at least 1x a week with the big vacuum but not under the bed. With all of the dirt from 2 runs around I may just let him do more of the work. The battery really lasts a long time too. I have a few houses I am working on and I will be recommending this guy for sure. I haven’t experimented with the camera function yet I will report on that later.

It works wonders, I love how my vacuum has a cleaning schedule. I would recommend this product to those who love clean floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently had the chance to use and review the Samsung Jet™ Bot Vacuum (VR30T80313W/AA). Wow! I love this vacuum. It exceeded my expectations. I’ve used robotic vacuums in the past, but this is the most thorough cleaning, I’ve ever experienced. It went over and over the floor, mapping it out. There wasn’t a speck of anything left when it finished. And while there is a slight hum, it’s not very loud. It didn’t really scare the cats, just got their attention. But it thoroughly cleaned under and around all the cabinets and furniture. I’m very impressed and will continue to recommend this vacuum to everyone I meet.

Long lasting battery vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family and I have enjoyed the Jet Bot Vacuum with Clean Station. We have had it for a few months so I can now give an experienced review. The section is great and the power that the vacuum has is unmatched. However, there are times that it has trouble getting back into the clean station itself to empty the bin. It has had so much trouble to the point that it is actually left marks on the floor from continuously going back-and-forth trying to get it self up onto the clean station. Other than that one small issue, I highly recommend the Jet Bot Vacuum. It is very nice to be able to schedule a cleaning even when you’re not home, and then come home to a floor that has been well cleaned.

What a great smart vacuum!

I love samsung products. samsung is a brand I trust and will be loyal to for years to come. I have tried a couple of bot vacuums in the past, but they weren't worth the money spent. I read a lot about this vacuum, and an opportunity came up to get one. does not disappoint! It is extremely quiet, and unless you see it go by, you could almost forget it is running. the set up was easy, and the app is user friendly. The technology behind the mapping ability is very streamlined- it feels like a set it and forget it aspect. If the battery gets low during its cycle, it hooks up at the station, and then goes back to finish the job! It has a self-cleaning brush, and even empties itself. Talk about wonderful! Jetsons anyone?

Takes the Work Out of Vacuuming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is nothing more precious than time. I now have my time back with the Samsung Jet Bot vacuum. I set it up to run once a week to pick up the dust around the apartment and it's wonderful. Prior to getting this smart vacuum, I had to haul out the old upright corded vacuum and it took me a good 45 minutes each week to do the apartment including under the dressers and shelving. This Jet Boy is very quiet compared to my old vacuum. I vaccumed at 1130pm the other night and other than a low hum, it was barely noticeable.
The vacuum comes with magnetic strips to place in areas where you don't want the vacuum to go such as near a fireplace or near a small drop/steps.
My apartment is partially carpeted and the Jet Bot easily goes from my bare wooden floors to my rugs with no problem.
The app is interesting and I think it can be improved upon. I had a little problem with the app finding the vacuum but once I set it up, all went well. I was able to watch the Jet Bot map oit my entire apartment systematically.
I really appreciate the simplicity of being able to take out the filter and rollers in case something gets tangled - it takes just a few seconds to pop out the roller to untangle what ever is in there.
I am super thrilled to put the Jet Bot to great use and to be able to take this chore off my list forever!

Smart Vacuum clear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After several months of waiting, we finally received our Samsung Jet Bot Vaccum. (First attempt to ship it to us was an issue, so it took some time to resolve that). Setting it up was fairly easy. It can be paired with an app so we can check up on it when we're not home or when we don't have a visional on it. App alerts us anytime the vacuum needs assistance (trapped in an area, entangled in something, low battery, tray needing to be emptied, etc.) Vaccum can be programmed in multiple languages which was a plus in our household. Vaccum can be paired fairly easily with Google Assistance which makes controlling the vacuum easier. We've benefited from being able to program the Samsung vacuum to clean during the typical hours the house is empty. It does a good job in picking up any crumbs, hairs, dust, etc. that find their way on our floors. That's especially helpful in maintaining the harder-to-reach areas of the home. Vacuum easily fits under our couches, beds, tables and other tight areas. I will say when programing the vacuum to clean, you must make sure that there aren't too many wires laying around since they may get caught on the machine. The vacuum does however give you an option to mark areas as restricted if you have wires or other items that you don't want the vacuum near. Vaccum is small enough to fit under side tables in my living room. Overall, I am so glad we got this vacuum it has helped a lot in helping us upkeep our home.
