Wow! I'm impressed...

this is my first robot vacuum and after comparing and reading hundreds of reviews, samsung jet bot seemed like the best choice. and, since i had never used one before, it sat unopened for a week before i decided it was time to try it. and wow...it set up easily, it charged rather quickly, it vacuumed over half of our 2,000 square foot 1st floor before returning to recharge and then finished the job after recharging. i could not believe the thorough coverage and the fine dust it picked up on both our hardwood and carpet floors. i would definitely recommend without hesitation. it is well worth it...it is a very cost effective way to keep your floors clean!

we have been skeptical for quite time of how this would do, how the animals would take to it, and cost was high.
ours has claimed the attention of the animals and us.
it works great. we have a mixture of hardwood and carpet and furniture. it 'learned' the rooms and from that point it has worked better than expected.

prog: great mapping tech; no go zones are easy to program.
con: it works fine on hard foors but the suction is not sufficient for carpet. i suspected it was too wimpy when we first fired it up because it barely makes any noise. i thought, "surely that's because of samsung's superior engineering." nope.
we've had a great experience with all of our samsung products, but this vacum is a fail. we've had it for 7 months and it has never asked us to empty the bag in the station. (it's still not full.) maybe that's a good thing because you can't buy the bags anywhere!
we have a different vacuum whose bin is packed full after 3 days, without fail. (cats) it's getting it's job back and jet bot is getting the boot.
it's hard to believe there are so many great reviews for this piece of junk.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My wife’s (Juan)Jet Bot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I both have had back surgeries, with that being said an upright vacuum was really getting to be a chore. My wife deciding on a Jet Bot was a great decision we have both dogs and a cat so with the pet hair vacuuming was a constant struggle. It was actually an easy setup. Watching the cat chase it around is pretty amusing. Overall we are very pleased with the Samsung Jet Bot. I only wish we would have thought about it sooner.

My Juan Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love samsung products. samsung is a brand I trust and will be loyal to for years to come. I have tried a couple’s of bot vacuums in the past, but they weren't worth the money spent. I read a lot about this vacuum, and an opportunity came up to get one. does not disappoint! It is extremely quiet, and unless you see it go by, you could almost forget it is running. the set up was easy, and the app is user friendly. If the battery gets low during its cycle, it hooks up at the station, and then goes back to finish the job! It has a self-cleaning brush, and even empties itself.
I am the owner of four (4) chihuahuas and a lab/pit mixed. So needless to say we have our fair share of dog hair. My Juan did the job very well. I am super pleased. I think anyone with pets would agree.
